Ardens Manager includes the NHS Heath Checks to facilitate practices and provider groups deliver and monitor activity in order to reduce the risk of hypertension, heart disease and type 2 diabetes occuring.
- Invitations – Monitor the number of invitations sent and to different cohorts of patients including their age, BAME group and gender.
- NHS Health Checks – Review activity delivered during NHS Health Checks including blood pressures, QRISK2 and HbA1c. Ensure that appropriate lifestyle interventions are offered, including referrals and signposting to weight, alcohol and smoking cessation programmes.
- Impact – Clearly identify the outcomes of the NHS Health Checks by identifying the number of new diagnosis of AF, CKD, hypertension, pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes and patients started on a statin following their NHS Health Check.

As a GP practice
GP practices will be able to view activity across their practice for each quarter.
As a CCG or Public Health body
CCGs and Public Health bodies will be able to view individual practice activity as well as being able to benchmark practices against each other. All of this data can be easily exported as a csv too.
